Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour holds The Yacht Harbour Association’s five Gold Anchor award for its facilities and customer service.

Marina Reception & Shop

From early summer, our new-look marina reception and shop will provide a wider range of supplies including:

. Locally sourced fresh produce
.  Quality ready-made meals
. Frozen food
. A bigger bakery and fresh pastries selection

. Milk, bread, orange juice, wine, beer and confectionary

. Toiletries

Newspapers are available at weekends during the season and can be enjoyed at the seating area with a hot drink or ice cream. Your four-legged friends will be wagging their tails with delight at the dog ice cream and other tasty treats, canine life jackets and eco-friendly toys.

For your boat, we stock all basics from cleaning products to rope, as well as Calor Gas. If you would like to order an item which you can’t see on the shelves, please ask.

Lavatories, showers and launderette

Includes a fully equipped coin operated launderette. Facilities for disabled visitors are also available. Cleaners will be present.

Toilets accessible 24hrs (entry via door code).

Fuel and water

Fuel and fresh water are available from the fuel pontoon between 8.30am – 4.00pm.

Fresh water is also available in the marina.

Pump out facilities

Free pump-out facilities are available on Visitor Pontoon South. Vessels are not permitted to discharge pollutants into the river. Read more here

Upgraded WiFi

We recently upgraded our WiFi service and offer free WiFi to both permanent and visiting customers.

The WiFi covers the marina, chandlery and boatyard.

Places to eat

From fine dining at The Master Builder’s House to afternoon tea at The Captain’s Table there are a range of places to eat near Buckler’s Hard Yacht Harbour.

Bike hire

In the summer months, bikes can be hired from the New Forest Activities and picked up from the Harbour Office.

Please note that the bike hire service from the Harbour Office has been temporarily suspended.

Electric

Electric is available from the marina and fuel pontoon.

Rubbish disposal

Skips and recycling bins are located in the main refuse compound outside the Harbour Office.

Visitors with disabilities

If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact one of the river team. Please note: ramp access to the marina is steep at low tide.
